I thought I was semi-plugged in to the Thai music scene due to my students but I had no idea about Christy Gibson! Her parents moved to Thailand when she was 6 years old and she’s one of those rare foreigners who sings in Thai! I found out about her through Women Learning Thai’s post on interpreting her latest song. I’m a fan!

Not exactly a “Wordless Wednesday”, I know, but I hope you’ll forgive me 🙂

She’s a good singer! And I’d bet she’s even more popular because she’s a foreigner singing in Thai!
