I lived in Northern Thailand for 3 months and Khao Soi was one of the dihess I missed the most. Nok gets it spot on. With his brother Sombat and Chen doing the Som Tum cart up on 10th and Alder these brothers and their pretty ladies have brought real Thai food to the streets of PDX. THANK YOU!
